A 25-acre wellness village combining furnished villas, a holiday retreat, lifestyle experiences and community empowerment.

Master planning, architecture, property development, hospitality and wellness concept development
Rudra Wellness Retreat is envisioned as a 25-acre wellness village where architecture, hospitality, lifestyle and community development come together.
The project is planned around 48 fully furnished aesthetic villas, offering opportunities for ownership and potential hospitality use, alongside a 27-room holiday retreat. Together, these elements create a destination designed for both long-term value and meaningful short-term experiences.
Rudra is conceived as more than a collection of villas or a conventional holiday property. Its wider vision is to create an integrated environment where wellness, spiritual rejuvenation, recreation and everyday living can coexist within a carefully planned natural setting.
The retreat is intended to offer a broad range of lifestyle and wellness experiences, supporting rest, reflection and personal renewal. The development also includes recreational opportunities designed to encourage connection, activity and longer stays.
A central part of the project is its commitment to the surrounding community. Through community empowerment initiatives and local engagement, Rudra aims to connect the success of the retreat with the social and economic development of the area around it.
The architecture and planning are guided by the idea of creating a place that feels restorative rather than isolated. Villas, hospitality spaces and wellness facilities are brought together as parts of one larger landscape, allowing visitors and residents to experience a stronger relationship with nature, community and place.
Rudra Wellness Retreat represents Excello’s broader interest in property development that combines design, investment potential, hospitality and social value. It is conceived as a destination where people can own, stay, restore and reconnect.
