Designing within Colombo’s compact urban plots often limits creativity and natural flow. Overcrowded spaces, lack of ventilation, and visual clutter make modern city living feel constrained rather than comforting
Solution
The Bambalapitiya Residence transforms constraint into opportunity. With intelligent spatial planning, natural ventilation, and abundant daylight, this three-story home turns minimalism into an art form. Every element, from the brick façade to floor-to-ceiling glazing, balances privacy with openness, creating a haven that feels expansive within limited boundaries.
